It turned out an interesting experience that I ended up extending to two years and up to now I tend not to buy mamy clothes.
I got people asking me why I self restricted such an important expression channel. That never felt a restriction, while more conditioning was what was 'accepted' to wear. I loved (still do) Chinese dishes but slippery rice noodles easily turn your clothes in a canvas for spicy red oily stains that resist washing efforts. Our society still judges you if your shirt is all stained, so I ended up painting over stains to promote a longer live to clothes.
I performed Textile Tattoo as a workshop in several festivals, inviting people to make adhesive stencils over their clothes’s marks.
